Thanks LARRY for organizing and coordinating volunteers to work at the Minnesota United Snowmobilers Booth at the Minnesota State Fair on August 27th. 
        Hopefully, this will be a great snow year and MnUSA will see a large membership increase!

The 4th Annual Sno Cruisers Golf Tournament and Club Night Out will be held at Hidden Haven Golf Course on Saturday, September 25th, please contact Roger if you are interested in golfing or joining the golfers for Club Night Out!

FALL WORKSHOP- October 22 - 24th, 2010

MnUSA Region 2 and the Itasca County Snow Rangers will be the hosts for the MnUSA Fall Workshop.  The event will be held at the Sawmill Inn of Grand Rapids, 2301 S Hwy 169, Grand Rapids, MN  55744 - 800-235-6455

Snowmobile Safety Instructor Training is planned for Friday.  MnUSA's General Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 23, along with educational seminars, and dinner. Early bird registration rates through October 8, 2010.


WINTER RENDEVOUS - Feb. 10 - 13th, 2011
The Douglas Area Trails Association invite you to a fun filled weekend at the MnUSA 2011 Winter Rendezvous at Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center, Alexandria MN. Early registration ends January 2, 2011. August 18th, 2010

Meeting called to order by President Beckie
Secretary's report approved as read.

OLD BUSINESS:
-State Fair Booth: Larry asked John to move to the afternoon shift, Larry asked for other volunteers, Todd Shape said he may be able join the evening shift.
-Hay Days Raffle Tickets: Scott reported that it's been slow getting tickets collected, but if anyone wants more tickets to sell to please contact him.
-Beckie awarded Bill Dubats a Cruiser pin for his work on the Spring Banquet (Bill said he would give the pin to his wife who did a lot of work also!).
-Beckie reported that she has info on the Idaho ride & the Saints baseball outing.
-Golf Tournament: Roger passed around a new sign up sheet, the date has been changed to Sept. 25th.

-Club Row at Hay Days: Beckie asked if there was any interest? There was a discussion, Marc Anderson made a motion to table this idea until next year, seconded by Steve Krantz, vote taken motion passed.
-Hay Days parking: Roger has 16 people signed up so far, he also has commitments for the use of (2) four wheelers, (1) golf cart. Brian said he could maybe get (2) four wheelers & Don said that he has a golf cart we could use. We can use Jacks (4) walkie talkie's, Lance & Barry said they could provide more if needed. Roger sent around the sign up sheet again. Bob had info on the custom safety vests. Steve Krantz made a motion to buy (15) vests, seconded by Judy, discussion about sizes, vote taken motion passed.

NEW BUSINESS

-Outstanding Cruiser bucks need to be returned by first meeting in September, Beckie to send an e-mail.
-Safety Training: Barry reported the class dates, the orientation class will held at this VFW on Tuesday November 9th, & the written and driving test will be Saturday December 4th, location is TBD.
-Membership renewal is due Oct. 1st, new members night is also coming up.
-The Rum River Grass Drags & Swap Meet is August 28th-29th.
